Team Registration

***The location for the Team Registration is at the Lions Hall (upstairs),  77 Thompson Road S, Milton.

All teams must register Friday, July 22nd  between 7:00 pm and 9:00pm.

Coaches must bring:
- Completed MYSC Tournament Team Roster Form
- Authorized Player Books for all Registered Players
- Application to Travel if from outside Peel/ Halton Region
